Friendly welcome and bought menus and water for the table very quickly. Plenty of choice on the menu. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was all cooked well. Attentive staff during the meal and easy to get their attention when we wanted to order desserts.

Spring Tavern

The child&rsquo;s chicken roast the child couldn&rsquo;t chew it. The roast potatoes weren&rsquo;t remotely crispy. Child&rsquo;s huge lump of carrot and parsnip totally unsuitable for a child. The vegetarian salad bowl was very good but meal spoilt by the roasts

Visiting our Daughter we pre booked a table for 7 in the bar area as we had our dog with us.  Service was impeccable ! The lads couldn&rsquo;t do enough for us. The food quality was exceptional, we had Sunday lunches, fish and chips and burgers followed by pavlovas, cookies with ice cream, chocolate bomb and brownies. Lots of choice ! Water and a biscuit for our dog. We wouldn&rsquo;t hesitate to visit again. Thanks

Wonderful food and attentive, friendly staff. Can&rsquo;t fault any of that. Clean and warm. BUT,  really spoilt by the music. Too brash. Made me not want to return for any evening meal.

Excellent menu, service and atmosphere. I asked to be in a slightly quieter part of the restaurant instead of the table suggested, and this was no problem for the staff who happily obliged. A great celebration meal.
